On 21 February, MARDIPLO co-founder Dr Mary Papaschinopoulou had the honour of attending the 5th ‘Meet the Arab Ambassadors’ Round Table and Pitta Cutting Event hosted by the Arab Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Development at the Divani Caravel Hotel.
This prestigious event celebrated the strong economic ties between Greece and the Arab world and brought together business leaders and ambassadors from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Iraq, the State of Libya, the State of Kuwait, the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Kingdom of Morocco, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Tunisia, the State of Qatar, the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Lebanon to discuss current trends, challenges and opportunities in bilateral economic relations, including the maritime sector, port infrastructure, trade and logistics.
MARDIPLO’s presence at the event reflects its commitment to the effective resolution of complex maritime disputes in the wider Middle East region, promoting international cooperation and establishing effective links in the maritime sector.
