We are pleased to announce the successful completion of MARDIPLO’s recent two-week intensive mission to Algiers, Algeria, from 28 June to 14 July.
This mission represented a real breakthrough in our negotiations for the release of a bank guarantee in a complex case that has been in dispute for over 23 years.
Our schedule was packed with meetings, including productive discussions with Banque Extérieure d’Algérie (BEA) and Banque Nationale d’Algérie (BNA), legal partners and correspondents.
We also had productive meetings with the Embassy of the Hellenic Republic in Algeria, whom we would like to thank for the efficient assistance on the ground.
A highlight of the trip was attending the Club Export Algeria event on 4 July, hosted by General Global Trade Support.
We would also like to thank all our partners in Algeria, and in particular the Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Greece, for their continued support and cooperation throughout the mission.
We look forward to further successful maritime corporate diplomacy missions in Algeria.
