On February 19, 2025, Dr. Mary Papaschinopoulou, Founding Partner and Managing Director of MARDIPLO S.A., had the privilege of meeting Lieutenant Colonel Carla Lyrio Martins of the Brazilian Air Force, Commander of the Escola Superior de Defesa (ESD).
Established on 2021, and located in Brasília, ESD is Brazil’s premier defense education institution, playing a critical role in developing strategic leadership across the military government, and civil sectors. It fosters multidisciplinary education in defense, security, and international relations, equipping its graduates to navigate complex global challenges.
