After concluding two days of intense teaching in her seminar titled: “Basics in International Negotiations – Personality, Gender and Cultural Aspects”, Dr. Mary Papaschinopoulou, Founding Partner and Managing Director of MARDIPLO S.A., had the honor of being a keynote speaker to the event “We Need Diplomats!? Traditional Career Path or Lateral Entry” hosted by Andrássy University Budapest on May 16th.
In her statement, Dr. Papaschinopoulou underlined the growing importance of Corporate Diplomacy in today’s interconnected and high-risk global environment. As global governance challenges grow more complex, so does the demand for interdisciplinary perspectives.
Drawing on MARDIPLO’s groundbreaking work in Maritime Corporate Diplomacy, she presented how this approach can add resilience and propose solutions in dispute resolution, especially in the maritime and security domains.
