MARDIPLO MEETING WITH AMBASSADOR OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA IN ATHENS

On the 6th of March 2024, Dr. Mary Papaschinopoulou, co-founder of MARDIPLO, had the honour of meeting H.E. Dr. Saad Alammar, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The backdrop for this enriching exchange was the premises of the Embassy in Athens.

Boasting already 7 major ports, that act as pivotal hubs in the Middle east, the country aims to further elevate its maritime power through ambitious investments, especially in the port development field. This strategic move aligns with the nation’s vision for increased influence in the maritime domain.

Greece and Saudi Arabia enjoy long-established diplomatic relations, which will be marking 100 years in 2026, an important milestone for both countries. On this note, H.E. the Ambassador and Dr. Mary engaged in an insightful dialogue, exploring the fascinating field of Blue Diplomacy, where MARDIPLO excels with expertise and unwavering commitment to success.
