MARDIPLO MEETS WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF THE UNITED STATES OF MEXICO IN ATHENS

On Tuesday 21st November, MARDIPLO had the honor of meeting H.E. Mr. Alejandro Garcia Moreno Elizondo, Ambassador of the United States of Mexico to the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Cyprus, and Mr. Edgar Cubero Gomez, Deputy Head of Mission, at the premises of the Embassy of Mexico in Athens.
Dr. Mary Papaschinopoulou, Founding Partner of MARDIPLO, held a wide-ranging discussion with the Ambassador and the Deputy Head of Mission on issues related to the maritime industry, trade relations between Mexico and Greece, and cooperation between Mexico and the EU.
The discussion also focused on the importance of corporate diplomacy in resolving complex and long-standing maritime disputes as well as the Embassy’s future project to establish a bilateral Greek-Mexican Chamber of Commerce. We look forward to continuing this productive discourse.
