Dr Mary Papaschinopoulou is delighted to share with you her recent two-day seminar as a visiting lecturer entitled “Basics in International Negotiations – Personality, Gender and Cultural Aspects” at the Andrássy University in Budapest on 10 and 11 May.
Dr Mary worked with bright PhD students and over the course of the seminar they explored the fundamentals of classical negotiation theory combined with the latest tools of negotiation psychology, enabling participants to make the most of their own negotiation style.
Highlights of the seminar included:

-Introduction to basic negotiation skills Preparing for a negotiation / Understanding the zone of possible agreement / Practical tools and strategies / Personality in negotiation (personality traits, gender, culture)
