SLOVENIAN DAY OF CULTURE BY THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA IN ATHENS, AT MUNICIPAL THEATER OF PIRAEUS

21 / 02 / 2024

On 20th February, Dr Mary Papaschinopoulou, co-founder of MARDIPLO, attended a delightful event at the foyer of the Municipal Theater of Piraeus, organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Athens, Greece. The evening commemorated the Slovenian Day of Culture with a captivating performance by mezzo-soprano Mrs Sabina Gruden, who was accompanied by the pianist Rebeka Dobravec, both representing equally the richness of the Slovenian culture.

Participating in cultural exchanges can foster cross-border understanding and appreciation, through the universal language of music. It was an honour to have been a part of this inspiring occasion and a heartfelt thank you to the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Greece and especially H.E. Mrs. Tamara Weingerl Požar the Ambassador, for hosting it.
